To excel in this role, you should possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. A solid understanding of the Fintech industry segment and experience in Pre-Sales will be advantageous. You should have a proven track record of managing multiple assessments, along with strong influencing skills and the ability to forge positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels. A collaborative approach, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. You should also be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong time management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, along with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the IT/Software/BFSI/Banking/Fintech industry.
