Role Description :This full-time, on-site Account Executive role is based in Jaipur and focuses on driving adoption of MediCashs healthcare financing solutions across partner hospitals and clinics. The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of provider relationships, conduct regular on-site meetings, and ensure smooth onboarding, training, and support for hospital administrators and front-desk teams. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting product capabilities, negotiating agreements within defined guidelines, and tracking performance metrics to meet individual and team targets. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with operations, product, and customer success teams to resolve partner issues, optimize workflows, and improve patient financing conversion rates. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing reports and presentations, and representing MediCash professionally at local industry events and partner engagements.

• Qualifications: Strong skills in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and account servicing to build and grow long-term partnerships with hospitals and clinics.

Demonstrated abilities in sales, business development, and pipeline management, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing within B2B or healthcare/fintech environments.

• Competence in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the capacity to explain complex financial products clearly to diverse, non-technical audiences.
• Experience using CRM and basic analytics tools to track performance, prepare reports, and make data-informed decisions that support revenue and growth goals.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, target-driven settings, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and tasks.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, financial services, or SaaS/fintech account management is highly beneficial.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, familiarity with the Jaipur healthcare ecosystem, and willingness to travel locally for hospital and clinic visits.
