As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced HR manager to join our team and manage all aspects of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, resolving workplace conflicts when needed.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct stay and exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
Performance Management & Appraisals:
- Develop and execute the performance management cycle, including annual performance appraisals, promotions, and compensation reviews.
- Set up and monitor employee development plans, ensuring continuous growth and skill improvement.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee time off in HR management software.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
Policy Development & HR Strategy:
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives to support business growth.
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies across the organization.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training and development needs for employees and organize appropriate programs to enhance skill sets.
- Work with the department heads to design career growth paths for employees, ensuring they have the tools needed for success.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, contracts, and job history, ensuring data integrity in HR systems like Zoho People.

- Oversee administrative tasks such as vendor management for employee benefits, insurance, and welfare programs.
- Organize company-wide meetings, events, and other HR-related activities.
Compliance & Grievance Handling:
- Handle any employee grievances with a sense of fairness and in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct investigations when necessary and ensure the prompt resolution of issues to maintain workplace harmony.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR software with hands-on experience using Zoho People or similar HRMS platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Proven track record of leading HR functions and delivering impactful results.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
