NextMatch AI (www.nextmatch.ai) is an enterprise-grade AI platform. We are looking for a high-caliber Full Stack Engineer to join our internal engineering team. You will be building high-scale features that integrate with our global operations in Toronto and Abu Dhabi.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You aren't just a coder; you are an architect of a system handling sensitive global talent data.

• Frontend: React.js / Next.js
• Backend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI)
• Database: PostgreSQL / Redis
