We are looking for a motivated and passionate Fresher / Entry-Level Software Developer with a strong foundation in .NET, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SQL, and Python.

The ideal candidate should have good programming fundamentals, a willingness to learn new technologies, and an interest in developing enterprise applications, automation solutions, and AI-enabled applications.

You will work closely with experienced developers and technical leads to design, develop, test, and support software solutions.

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET / C#.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts to build clean and maintainable code.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
• Develop basic scripts and utilities using Python.
• Understand business and technical requirements and convert them into software solutions.
• Participate in coding, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Follow coding standards, version control, and software development best practices.
• Work with senior developers to troubleshoot production and development issues.
• Learn and work with modern technologies such as APIs, cloud, automation, AI, and Agentic AI.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Good understanding of .NET / C# fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, including:
• Classes and Objects
• Inheritance
• Encapsulation
• Polymorphism
• Abstraction
• Good programming and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on coding experience with SQL.
• Basic to good understanding of Python.
• Understanding of relational databases and database concepts.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub is preferred.
• Good analytical and debugging skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and work with new technologies.

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Academic projects or personal projects using C#, .NET, SQL, or Python.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core / Web API is a plus.
• Exposure to Azure or any cloud platform is an advantage.
• Exposure to Power Platform, RPA, AI/ML, or Agentic AI is a plus.
• Participation in coding competitions, hackathons, GitHub projects, or technical communities is desirable.
