Job Description

As a Retail Jewellery Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and sales support. Your main focus will involve assisting customers in the selection and purchase of jewellery pieces, providing product education, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will contribute to store operations, inventory management, and achieving sales targets.
Your duties will include warmly greeting customers, helping them choose jewellery items based on their preferences and budget, and offering product knowledge about materials and craftsmanship. You will be responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and maintaining an organized and visually appealing display of jewellery products. Monitoring inventory levels, assisting with merchandise organization, and conducting stock checks will be part of your routine.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries and complaints professionally, and collaborating with the marketing team for promotions are essential aspects of your role. Achieving individual and team sales targets, staying updated on industry trends, and participating in training programs to enhance your skills are also key responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred) and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in retail sales, especially in the jewellery or luxury industry, is beneficial. A passion for jewellery, customer-oriented mindset, sales-driven attitude, and familiarity with POS systems are desired qualities. Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, flexibility in working hours, and fluency in English are important requirements.
