Job Description
- As a Customer Support Executive in the International Voice Process based in Mumbai (Churchgate to Bhayander - Western Line only), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through voice interactions. Your primary role will involve engaging with customers to address their queries and concerns effectively.
To be eligible for this role, you should be an Undergraduate with at least 6+ months of experience or a Graduate (Fresher/Experienced) between the ages of 18 to 35 years. Proficiency in English communication is essential for this position. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in night shifts as the operations run 24/7.
The salary for this position ranges from 22,000 to 34,000 per month, and the joining is immediate within 23 days. The shifts are based on different processes including US Shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), Australia Shift (3:00 AM to 3:00 PM), and UK Shift (12:00 PM to 12:00 AM). The assigned shifts are mostly fixed for 10-15 days.
As a full-time and permanent employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, performance bonus, and quarterly bonus. The work schedule includes rotational shifts, UK shift, and US shift. You may also receive additional benefits like a joining bonus, shift allowance, and cell phone reimbursement.
