Location - Gurgaon
Minimum exp - 1 year with Sales or lead Generation with outbound process
Salary - 32 K CTC

- Processing orders:Processing orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintaining records:Maintaining customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Escalating issues:Escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Proactive outreach:Proactively reaching out to customers through chat, social media, and other channels
- Recommending improvements:Recommending improvements to company processes for efficiency
