Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Team Lead (Data Scientist) with 4–8 years of experience to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world business challenges.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, model development, and end-to-end AI/ML project delivery, along with the ability to lead and mentor a small team of data scientists and ML engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• · Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real business use cases
• · Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights
• · Build predictive and prescriptive machine learning models
• · Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• · Lead AI/ML projects from planning to production deployment
• · Manage and mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• · Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency
• · Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, models, and experiments
• · Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning, and data science technologies

Required Skills

• · Strong proficiency in Python or R
• · Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• · Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms
• · Experience with SQL and data manipulation
• · Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn)
• · Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
• · Experience in model deployment and MLOps practices is a plus
• · Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• · Experience leading or mentoring a team is highly preferred
