Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in model building, data pipelines, and production deployment, along with a problem-solving mindset and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
• Work on NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics use cases
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Deploy models using MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
• Conduct model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance tuning
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies

• Strong programming in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Hands-on with NLP / CV / Time Series models
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of data preprocessing & feature engineering
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Understanding of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow)

• Experience in LLMs / Generative AI (ChatGPT, LangChain, etc.)
• Exposure to real-time model deployment
• Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience working in Agile environments

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
