JOB TITLE: Senior Consultant, Value Engineering

JOB SUMMARY:

Value Engineering focuses on quantifying and communicating business impact by aligning solutions to measurable outcomes through analytics, benchmarking, and value realization frameworks.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant who combines value consulting and data analytics expertise with experience in AI-driven solutions (including agent-based automation) to scale insights and business outcomes.

This role operates at the intersection of consulting, analytics, and AIu2014translating complex data into actionable insights, building business cases, and developing scalable, insight-driven solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• u00A7 Drive end-to-end value engineering efforts including value insights, business case development, and value realization frameworks
• u00A7 Lead and own end-to-end value engineering engagements for strategic opportunities
• u00A7 Develop and enhance AI-enabled solutions, including agent-based workflows, to automate data retrieval, insight generation, and reporting
• u00A7 Analyze client data and multi-source datasets to generate actionable insights, identify value drivers, and quantify business impact
• u00A7 Develop and deliver executive-ready outputs including dashboards, scorecards, benchmarking reports, and value narratives
• u00A7 Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling insights tailored for senior stakeholders and client leadership
• u00A7 Build scalable analytical models, reusable assets, and automated workflows to enhance efficiency and repeatability
• u00A7 Contribute to the design and implementation of value measurement frameworks to track outcomes and ROI realization
• u00A7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consulting, analytics, product, and sales) to support value-based selling and strategic initiatives
• u00A7 Support client engagements through data-driven insights, solution validation, and continuous value tracking
• u00A7 Experience with and adopt emerging technologies (e.g., Copilot, agentic AI tools) to improve productivity and scale value engineering capabilities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• u00A7 MBA or masteru2019s degree from a reputed institution, with a bacheloru2019s in engineering, finance, or a related field
• u00A7 4+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, value consulting/selling, data science or a related role
• u00A7 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and storytelling
• u00A7 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• u00A7 Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio (agents and flows) or similar agentic AI / automation tools
• u00A7 Exposure to value consulting, business case development, or ROI measurement
• u00A7 Experience working in consulting, benefits analytics, or client-facing analytics roles
• u00A7 Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
