Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Mettuppalaiyam. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will oversee account portfolios, identify customer needs, and provide solutions to drive client success. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, generating reports, and contributing to business strategies.

• Strong skills in Sales and Business Development
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and relevant software
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

• Relevant experience in home lift or accessories industry is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
