Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Coordinator to join our team at Nibav Lifts. The role involves coordinating between the internal sales team and external credit partners to ensure smooth processing of loan applications. This position requires managing loan documentation, verification processes, and ensuring seamless communication to facilitate timely loan disbursal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the internal sales team and external credit partners to manage the loan process from application to disbursal.
• Conduct thorough KYC verification, CIBIL checks, and document verification for borrowers to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, from initiation to disbursal.
• Maintain and update loan records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in integrating NBFC systems to enhance loan operations and management.
• Accurately perform data entry tasks in Excel to ensure up-to-date loan records.
• Provide timely updates to the sales team and clients on loan status and progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or queries related to loan processing.
• Assist in preparing loan-related reports and perform audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in loan coordination, loan processing, or similar financial services roles.
• Strong understanding of KYC verification, CIBIL checks, and loan documentation.
• Familiarity with NBFC systems and loan management software.
• Proficiency in Excel for data entry and record maintenance.
• Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory for effective communication with clients and teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
