Admission Counselor

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admission Counselor at NIMS University, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Admission Counselor will engage prospective students through various communication platforms, guiding them through the admission process and providing detailed information about programs offered by the university. Responsibilities include assisting students with inquiries, advising on course options, conducting follow-ups, organizing campus tours, collaborating with academic departments, and supporting recruitment events to enhance enrollment.

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated skills in sales and recruitment to meet enrollment goals and encourage prospective students.
• Knowledge of education systems, academic programs, and admission procedures is desirable.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience as an admission counselor or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
