Minimum Qualification & Experience

Applicants should possess a Masters Degree in Hospital & Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Pharmaceutical Management, MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management/Pharmaceutical Management), or a related discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline will be preferred.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized university, college, or management institute is mandatory. Candidates should have experience in teaching Hospital & Healthcare Management and Pharmaceutical Management subjects to BBA and MBA students.

• Strong subject knowledge in healthcare and pharmaceutical management.
• Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
• Ability to integrate academic concepts with current healthcare and pharmaceutical industry practices.
• Passion for teaching, research, and academic excellence.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, hospital operations, and the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to mentor students and contribute effectively to academic initiatives.

Profile Preference

• Candidates with prior teaching experience in higher education institutions will be preferred.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills and presentation skills.

A strong academic profile with research publications, conference presentations, or participation in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) will be an added advantage.
