💼 Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain the recruitment pipeline.
• Negotiate salary and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR Hiring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Candidates with Telecalling/BPO/Healthcare recruitment experience will be preferred.
