Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Agency Manager located in Surat. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a network of insurance agents to achieve business targets. Key duties include recruitment, training, and performance management of agents; driving sales growth; managing client relationships; and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Key Agency Manager will also engage in market analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, recruitment, and training of sales personnel
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with expertise in business development and achieving sales targets
• Effective communication, client relationship management, and networking skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, including the ability to interpret market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a results-driven attitude
• Bachelors degree in any discipline; an MBA in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in health insurance or financial services is a plus
