Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Modasa. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business development, managing teams, and cultivating relationships with clients to achieve and exceed sales targets. The individual will oversee and mentor a sales team while identifying new market opportunities to grow the business. Regular tasks will include client acquisition, sales forecasting, and ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and client relationship building
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data, create strategies, and drive decision-making
• Background in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
