We are looking for a visionary Product Design Intern to join us for a 6-month intensive program in Bangalore. This isnt a role for someone who just wants to skin interfaces; its for a designer who wants to architect end-to-end experiences that solve real problems.

What Youll Work On

• End-to-End Ownership: You will design product experiences across mobile and web ecosystems, translating complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions.
• Journey Mapping: Architect user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that balance user empathy with technical feasibility.
• Insight-Driven Design: Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to derive insights that directly influence product roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality execution and implementation.
• Evolving Systems: Contribute to and help maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and excellence across every touchpoint.
• Strategic Thinking: Look beyond the screen to understand how design decisions impact business outcomes and long-term user health.

• Foundational Excellence: You are a student or recent graduate in Design, HCI, or a related field with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy.
• Systems Thinkers: You dont just design screens; you understand how components and patterns work together in a larger ecosystem.
• Curiosity & Problem Solving: You have a growth mindset and are comfortable navigating ambiguous problem spaces to find clarity.
• Communication: The ability to articulate your design rationale and present work confidently to stakeholders.
• Portfolio: A body of work that demonstrates your thought process, research, and iterative cycles, not just the final pixels.
• Figma Mastery: Proficiency in Figma is essential, including an understanding of advanced workflows like variables, tokens, and auto-layout.

• AI-First Mindset: You naturally explore how AI can enhance products and design workflows. You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or AI-assisted prototyping to increase speed and creativity.
• Motion & Interaction: You can bring static designs to life with meaningful motion that aids usability.
• Visual Storytelling: A knack for illustration or using visuals to explain complex concepts.
• Fintech Passion: A genuine interest in the emerging technologies shaping the future of global finance.
