Top Life Insurance Company
Salary: 2 to 4 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 3 to12 Years in Sales (Min. 2 Years in Life Insurance / Financial Sales preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train develop agents on commission basis .
- Supervise monitor agent activity plans to ensure sales achievement.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) update Sales Management System.
- Motivate engage agents through Career Progression Programs .
- Drive adoption of CRM Agent Portal for customer management cross-selling.
- Graduate in any stream (minimum).
- At least 2 years experience in sales (Life Insurance preferred).
- Strong local market knowledge well-networked.
- Excellent communication, confidence maturity.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a proven track record of results.
- Stable employment history.
