ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

Job Category: Finance - GCDegree Level: Bachelor's Degree:It's responsible for managing and processing all payments the company owes to its suppliers, vendors, and other creditors. Essentially, it ensures the company pays its bills accurately and on time.Responsibilities:Processing Invoices:

• Receiving invoices from vendors.

• Verifying invoices for accuracy (pricing, quantities, discounts, terms).

• Matching invoices to purchase orders (POs) and receiving reports (if applicable) to ensure goods/services were received and authorized.

• Coding invoices with the correct general ledger (GL) accounts for proper accounting.

• Obtaining necessary approvals for invoices.
