span>Marketing Officerbr> br>Job Location : United Arab Emiratesbr> br>Principal Accountabilities :br> br> Liaise with vendors, marketing partners, and other stakeholders, locally and internationallybr> Assist in managing internal and external events, conferences, exhibitions and committees (Innovation, Strategy, CSR, HSE and others)br> Assist in BTL marketing activities i.e. gifts, giveaways, diaries, annual calendars, printing and production of signage, posters, etc.br> Execute daily and weekly tasks, for the assigned projects, proactivelybr> Track project activity and progress, and report to project leadbr> Update activity plans and timelinesbr> Communicate/share/follow up on project sub-activitiesbr> Maintain a proper record/filing of all documentation WRT to assigned projectsbr> Assist with vendor/3rd party coordination, where applicablebr> Support management and internal customers with last minute requestsbr> Support in managing all internal and external events, conferences, exhibitions, and committees (Innovation, Strategy, CSR, HSE and others)br> Support in coordination, communication, project management, admin and logistics for eventsbr> Assist and provide support BTL marketing activities i.e. gifts, giveaways, diaries, annual calendars, printing and production of signage, posters, etc.br> Assist in managing brand usage across physical and digital materialsbr> Carry out any other daily routines and tasks assigned by superiors/span>
