About the Role
Oakridge International School, Gachibowli, is seeking a passionate and experienced IBDP Computer Science Teacher to join our Senior Years faculty. The ideal candidate will deliver rigorous and engaging instruction in IBDP Computer Science, inspire students to become analytical thinkers and innovative problem-solvers, and uphold the philosophy of the International Baccalaureate.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the IBDP Computer Science curriculum for SL and HL students.
• Develop inquiry-based, student-centered learning experiences that foster computational thinking and problem-solving.
• Teach core computer science concepts including programming, algorithms, data structures, computational thinking, databases, and system fundamentals.
• Guide students in Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), and Computer Science projects.
• Prepare students for IB external examinations through structured assessments and feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide timely academic feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with DP Coordinator and subject teams to ensure curriculum alignment and academic excellence.
  

Job Responsibilities
Required Skills/Abilities

• IB Workshop Certification in DP Computer Science.
• Experience mentoring students for EE/TOK/CAS.
• Familiarity with coding platforms, robotics, AI/ML, or emerging technologies.
• Strong collaboration and interdisciplinary planning skills.
