Technical Spare Part Support Engineer

Qualification - Diploma Mechanical

Experience - minimum 1 years in spare part management

Location - Jaipur

• Item creation and global data management
• Give support to new equipment spare part recommendations
• Managing the tickets in the global support portal, evaluating and solving the cases or transferring them to other people and other departments as needed.
• Spare part replacement or duplicate detection & communication.
• Co-operation with global and local engineering, documentation and sourcing teams to support the sales & purchasing teams with challenging and non-occurring spare part requests.
• Other spare part-related technical support tasks for the global organization
  Required Skills
• Technical understanding of machine maintenance and spare part point of view.
• Microsoft AX tool experience.
• Master data management experience.
• Ability to work in the English language written and spoken

• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office), especially knowledge in ERP and PDM (Sovelia), and the ability to learn new systems easily.
