KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• ? Explore and identify potential DO partners across asset classes where Northern Arc Capital is present, and crack DO partnership/deals
• ? Strategize the DO rollout and manage the DO partners
• ? Design the product, process, and systems for DO to manage the portfolio
• ? Build and lead the team to manage

SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:

Minimum Qualifications:

? MBA or Post-Graduate in Management from a premier institute/Chartered Accountant/CFA

Minimum Experience:

? Minimum 11 - 13 years relevant experience in the banking / financial services industry, preferably in corporate strategy/retail operations

Skills Required:

• ? Experience in corporate strategy/retail operations of financial services, preferably in retail mortgage, SMEs (secured, unsecured), auto/vehicle, and home loans
• ? Significant experience in retail, field operations
• ? Strong understanding of corporate/credit analysis
• ? Understanding the structured finance
• ? Knowledge of legal framework, RBI/NHB/SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable laws/regulations required for transactions
• ? Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude
• ? Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• ? Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• ? Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated individual, having the ability to work individually, be part of, and manage a team
