Norwin Technologies - Technical Project Manager/Delivery Lead - AI Platform & Product Engineering

Role Summary:Norwin Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager - Delivery Lead to drive execution excellence and delivery governance for a next-generation Agentic AI platform-product.The role requires a combination of technical understanding, strategic execution, stakeholder management and engineering delivery leadership.The candidate will work closely with architects, Product Managers and engineering teams to ensure delivery commitments are met, risks are managed proactively and engineering processes continuously improve.This position is suited to professionals who have progressed from software engineering or technical leadership into project management, program delivery or engineering delivery leadership.Mandatory requirement: Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead or Engineering Lead.Key Responsibilities:Project & Delivery Leadership:- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software product and platform engineering initiatives.- Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, release schedules and execution roadmaps.- Drive predictable delivery through effective planning, estimation, prioritisation and governance.- Monitor project health, delivery velocity, commitments and engineering KPIs.- Identify delivery risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.- Establish clear accountability across teams to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.Stakeholder & Cross-functional Management:- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders and development teams to align priorities and delivery outcomes.- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans to relevant stakeholders.- Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.- Facilitate decision-making, escalation management and resolution of delivery challenges.- Build strong working relationships with technical and business stakeholders.Agile & Process Excellence:- Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.- Improve planning accuracy, estimation quality, delivery predictability and execution discipline.- Implement effective project reporting, governance frameworks and performance metrics.- Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity, operational efficiency and release management.- Promote continuous improvement, transparency and accountability across delivery teams.Technical Delivery Oversight:- Apply a strong software engineering background to assess technical progress and delivery feasibility.- Engage with architecture and engineering teams to understand technical dependencies and implementation challenges.- Provide delivery oversight for Agentic AI platforms, AI-driven workflows, orchestration frameworks, integrations and scalable platform services.- Identify execution gaps early and work with technical leaders to develop mitigation plans.- Ensure delivery practices support quality, scalability and reliable product releases.Required Qualifications & Experience:- 8+ years of experience across software engineering, product development, technical project management, technical program management or engineering delivery.- Mandatory hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead or Engineering Lead.- Strong understanding of software product development lifecycles and modern engineering practices.- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical projects or engineering initiatives.- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, dependency management and delivery governance.- Experience with project planning, estimation, milestones, release management and delivery reporting.- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering and modern software delivery practices.- Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving and leadership skills.- Experience working with distributed engineering teams.Preferred Experience:- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI or Agentic AI products and platforms.- Understanding of cloud-native platforms, AI orchestration and platform services.- Experience using engineering delivery metrics and KPIs to improve team performance.- Experience working with architects and senior engineering stakeholders on complex technical initiatives.What Success Looks Like:- Predictable delivery against agreed milestones and commitments.- Early identification and effective mitigation of delivery risks.- Improved engineering planning, estimation and execution quality.- Strong stakeholder alignment and transparent reporting.- Continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and engineering outcomes.Location:Bengaluru, Karnataka
