Job Description
Title: US Accountant
Experience Required:10+ Years (Mandatory 7-8 years of relevant experience)
Work Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Work timing: US Shift (5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST)
Facilities: Drop and In-house Dinner
:
- Preparation and Analysis of MIS Reports.
- Preparation of Financial Statements and month-end reports
- Scrutiny and Analysis of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.
- Preparation of Outward Remittance Letters
- Hands-on experience with Quickbooks & ADP
- Should have knowledge about Immigration function that impacts US Accounting operations.
- Payroll Processing
- Data collection from W2/1099 employees
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- Comply with all federal, state, and local protocols including legal requirements, and interpret new and existing legislation
Knowledge/ Skills Required
- Knowledge of US GAAP and current Accounting Concepts
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Expert in MS Office Applications (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)
- Ability to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment
- Organize and prioritize multiple activities among a team with a high sense of urgency
Qualification:
- CA Inter/ CA Final
- M.Com/ B.Com
