Procurement Specialist

Key Accountabilities

Skilled Procurement specialist with a robust background in sourcing, negotiation and contracting. This role involves receiving demand from functional areas (Professional services, consultancy, Insurance, travel, others) leveraging data to drive sourcing strategy of small values contracts (Above $ 30K, up to $300k)

I Procurement Execution & RFx Management

• Support end to end procurement execution across functional categories (RFQs, SOWs, contracts, renewals)
• Coordinate time critical, high visibility projects and track milestones to ensure timely delivery
• Manage RFx processes end to end, including preparation, supplier communication, submission tracking, and evaluation support

II Supplier Management & Negotiation Support

• Support supplier negotiations aligned with category strategies
• Prepare benchmarks, spend analyses, and rate card comparisons
• Partner closely with the Global Category Managers on negotiations

III Contracting, Legal & Ariba Management

• Conduct initial contract reviews
• Manage the full contracting lifecycle in Ariba, including creation, updates, and version control
• Coordinate with Legal and collect required documentation to support contracting and compliance

IV Supplier Governance & Compliance

• Support supplier onboarding, documentation, and ongoing compliance
• Maintain adherence to governance frameworks, MSAs, and procurement policies

V Contingent Workforce Administration

• Handle supplier calls, daily queries, and escalations related to contingent workforce
• Manage onboarding and required documentation
• Prepare and publish the monthly NLT contingent workforce report
• Guide hiring managers in the end-to-end process of contingent workforce management
• Lead weekly operational calls with suppliers
• Prepare and publish the monthly NLT contingent workforce report

VI SCT Backup & Operational Support

• Provide weekly SCT backup support, including data preparation and leading pre review meetings
• Support communications, PR validation, and approval alignment

VII Analytics, Reporting & Spend Tracking

• Track categories spend, savings, and usage
• Prepare usage reports, management analytics, and ad hoc data requests

We believe you are...

1.Experience with 5+ years

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

2.Procurement prior experience, data analysis, excel

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels and external contacts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within an international environment.
