We are looking for a highly skilled AI Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and business-driven AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI. The role requires expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, MLOps, and GenAI technologies, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a thought leader, mentor teams, and establish AI best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and oversee enterprise-grade Generative AI and AI/ML solutions.
• Define AI strategy, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Evaluate and implement Generative AI models (LLMs, SLMs).
• Develop and Integrate GenAI solutions for chatbots, document summarization, code generation, personalization, and automation use cases.
• Select and deploy AI/GenAI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, LagGraph, Semantic Kernel, RAG frameworks, ).
• Establish standards for model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Ensure AI/GenAI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and compliant.
• Collaborate with engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with GenAI trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor and guide teams in AI/ML and GenAI solution design.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience with experience in AI design and architecture.

• Expertise in ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with GenAI tools/frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
• Experience in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of big data ecosystems and data engineering.
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and solution architecture skills.
