We are on the lookout for senior finance professional with strong experience in Business Finance.

Position Title :BUSINESS FINANCE MANAGER

Experience : 10- 15yrs

Education : Chartered Accountant (Only CA candidates are preferred)

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Ø Responsible for managing the profitability, involves working with the delivery, Sales &
• Domain teams to driving growth & profitability.
• Ø Leading the development of annual business plan and budgeting process.
• Ø Develop Business/ commercial models along with the sales / Presales team for new
• Customers through RFPs / RFIs.

Ø Periodical cost analysis, accompanied by evaluation of cost opportunities and challenges.

• Ø To develop and ensure implementation of strategic plans for Cost cutting and track cost control measures.
• Ø Responsible for preparing and driving Strategic and Operational Plan and Budgets.
• Ø Finalization of monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting & forecasting.
• Ø Finalization of monthly/quarterly and yearly MIS & reporting statements to the stakeholders.
• Ø Finalization of Geography, customer and project profitability.
• Ø Providing understanding & key analysis to the management for movement of operating margin and revenue forecasting.
• Ø Controlling Cost by monitoring plan vs. actual and highlighting the same to the respective departments.

Desired Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should have atleast 10+ years of experience in Business Finance/business planning & financial planning & analysis with proven experience working experience with IT services organizations. The right individual will have consistently demonstrated the ability to influence senior business leaders through effective communication, logical reasoning and presentation of the alternatives. M
