Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to drive our commercial growth across the UK market, managing and developing a defined portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact. The role focuses on growing the smaller accounts within our customer base in the UK, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and support both retail and export sales activity. The sales executive will engage with customers through virtual meetings and email communication, manage price negotiations, support monthly customer tenders, and follow up on export enquiries, while reporting into the National Account Manager.

In addition, the role will support the companys digital growth, including management of the online ordering portal once this is launched.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UKs pharmaceutical landscape, established relationships with key stakeholders, and the ability to communicate fluently in English with strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

This role is essential in expanding our market presence, strengthening customer partnerships, and achieving strategic sales objectives. Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Market Development

Manage and develop a portfolio of customers, acting as the main point of conduct. Building and

maintaining strong, long-term relationships

Promote Novumgens product portfolio to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors

in the UK.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the

UK Pharmaceutical market.

Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-

makers.

Provide expert product knowledge, guidance, and support to clients.

Deliver tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and business goals.

Sales Execution & Performance

Promote the companys pharmaceutical portfolio through presentations, and digital engagement.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare and present proposals and pricing following guidelines, reporting to NAM

Digital & Business support

Support digital sales growth with the business

Assist with the rollout, management and ongoing use of the online ordering portal, once live.

Qualifications & Skills

35 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within the UK market.

Fluent in English

Excel skills

Familiar with Power BI Software (dashboarding, performance tracking)

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
