Sr. Ex / Assist Manager - Commercial Operations & New Product Launch

Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior executive/assistant manager for Commercial Operations & Product Launch. This role will support the successful execution of commercialization strategies, operational management, and seamless product launches within our growing pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, cross-functional coordination, and supply chain management.

- First preference will be given to candidates with experience in commercial project management and commercial logistics documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Operations Support:

• Assist in executing commercialization strategies for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, marketing, and sales, to support product launch objectives.
• Manage relationships with key supply chain stakeholders, including contract manufacturers, starting material suppliers, logistics partners, and testing laboratories.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and operational challenges to provide actionable insights.

Product Launch Management:

• Support end-to-end product launch activities to ensure timely and successful market entry.
• Assist in developing launch readiness plans, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Track launch progress against established KPIs and success metrics.

Operational Excellence:

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
• Provide clear and timely reports to senior management on operational performance and launch progress.
