General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned strategic leader to join our organization in Kolkata as a General Manager / Deputy General Manager - Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with long-term business goals to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Lead high-stakes leadership hiring mandates by utilizing advanced headhunting techniques to secure top-tier executive talent for critical organizational roles.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to conduct precise workforce planning, ensuring that recruitment efforts are synchronized with departmental growth trajectories and budget constraints.
• Utilize HR analytics to track recruitment KPIs, identify process bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights that optimize the efficiency and quality of the hiring lifecycle.

• A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred to ensure the strategic depth required for this leadership position.
