Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams through effective talent development, engagement, and retention practices. 

• Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness. 

• Identify organizational and talent opportunities, recommending solutions that balance business priorities, associate experience, and compliance. 

• Use data, AI-enabled insights, and business context to influence decisions and improve organizational effectiveness. 

• Lead people initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, capacity, engagement, and business performance. 

• Bring a hands-on, tactical approach to HR partnership, —able to execute and transact within Workday while also partnering with leaders to translate business needs into practical talent strategies, remove barriers, and help attract, engage, and retain the right talent to support growth. 

• Adapt and execute people programs to meet local business and market needs while supporting a consistent, values-driven associate experience. 

• Lead and support organizational change initiatives with clear communication, accountability, and a focus on adoption and measurable outcomes. 

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with 8-10 years of experience partnering with leaders to drive talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness. 

• Experience working with Workday or a similar HR system to support HR processes, reporting, and associate data needs. 

• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies and working effectively within a matrixed organizational structure. 

• Experience working in healthcare and/or IT environments is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and leaders. 

• Strong understanding of HR compliance, POSH, labor legislation, and governance practices. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 

• Ability to operate with autonomy, sound judgment, discretion, and a proactive, accountable mindset.
