Job Title: SAP FICO Platinum Consultant

Shift: Night Shifts

Experience: 12– 18 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Location: Remote

Qualifications

CA/ICWA/ Bachelor/Master Degree in Commerce, Business Administration

• Minimum 2 End to End Implementations including S/4 HANA

Strong expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, Third Party Payment

Integrations, Flori App, Debugging skills, Accrual Accounting, Dispute Management, Full Length of

FI Project Implementation, Financial Services Management AA, COPA, PCA CCA, Product

Costing)

• Experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations

• Knowledge of month-end close, financial reporting, and controlling processes

• Strong integration experience with MM, SD, PP, HR, PM

• Experience in data migration, data mapping, and reconciliation

• Hands-on in configuration, testing (UAT), and support

• Strong understanding of business processes and SAP best practices

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FI-CO solutions

• Conduct gap analysis (As-Is vs To-Be) and propose solutions

• Manage testing, deployment, and hypercare support

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders

• Provide user training and documentation

• Handle client communication and issue resolution

Preferred:

• Experience in Manufacturing industries (FMCG, Auto, Steel, Textiles)

• Exposure to Service industry

• CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)

• SAP S/4HANA Certification

Skills:

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management

• Ability to handle multiple projects
