Job Summary
black small square 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central with end-to-end understanding of SF architecture.
black small square Overall, 6-8 years of work experience Should be Employee Central Professional Certified Plus certification in other modules is nice to have.
black small square Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes.
black small square Ability to work in multiple projects same time.
black small square Experience with Leading data migration and data management activities in SF.
black small square Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
black small square Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
black small square Work independently in delivering SuccessFactors solutions to the customers.
black small square Able to guide the customers on the SAP Best Practices Good experience knowledge on multiple SuccessFactors modules.
black small square Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies like Launch, Activate One should be able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment while identifying and scoping new opportunities.
black small square Must provide functional knowledge manage client relationships within context of individual role.
black small square Experience in Leading the requirement gathering workshops, creating a blueprint, configuring the system, testing, training and supporting the project go-live.
black small square Guide clients through the decision making and HR process design Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design.
black small square Should be able to lead a team of consultants and guide them throughout the project.
black small square Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectation.
black small square Atleast 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of leading or managing SuccessFactors programs including Employee Central, EC Time off/Time Sheet.
black small square Should be an expert in handling RBP, Data Models, Foundation objects, Generic Objects, Business rules, Derivation rules, Mass Uploads, Pick-lists, Custom objects, Workflows, Employee Profile, and Custom Portlets, instance sync, Reporting, Global Assignment.
black small square Should have had experience in handling Break fixes and Change Requests.
black small square Pre- Sales experience is nice to have.
black small square Should be able to design processes for own module with cross module dependencies independently.
black small square Should be able to design the process for Employee Central Independently.
black small square Experience with data analysis including translations and transformations of a data set.
black small square Ability to monitor the project status, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the expectations of our clients are matched.
black small square Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely.

black small square Bachelors or masters degree.
