Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Mobile Application Quality Assurance (iOS and Android).
• Hands-on experience testing native mobile applications on real devices.
• Experience in End-to-End (E2E), Integration, Functional, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with test case creation, execution, and test management tools.
• Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools such as Jira.
• Experience with Charles Proxy or equivalent network monitoring/debugging tools.
• Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle and release processes.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document complex application issues.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality excellence.

• 4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance for native mobile applications.
• Author and execute detailed test cases for iOS and Android native applications.
• Perform hands-on testing on real devices including iPhones, Android phones, tablets, and smart watches.
• Execute Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing to validate business and user workflows.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for mobile applications.
• Detect, analyse, document, and report quality issues and end-user defects based on test findings.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to identify and eliminate issues through comprehensive testing.
• Validate application behaviour across multiple devices, operating systems, screen sizes, and network conditions.
• Support release validation and production readiness activities for mobile applications.
• Create and maintain testing documentation, test plans, test cases, and knowledge articles in Confluence.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to improving testing methodologies, quality processes, and best practices across teams.
• Participate in the development lifecycle of Android and iOS applications through coordinated testing activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Two (2) years of professional experience in native mobile application quality assurance.
• Experience with Charles Proxy or equivalent network traffic analysis tools.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience testing mobile applications on physical devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile automation testing tools.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with AI-powered testing tools and AI Agents.
• Understanding of mobile application performance, usability, accessibility, and security testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes.
