Your role at a glance

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems and components such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building-related tasks.Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential issues. Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.

What we are looking for

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems and components such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building-related tasks.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential issues. Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.
Respond to maintenance requests.
Regularly inspect and maintain building systems, equipment, and facilities, following preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
Set up and install new equipment, fixtures, furniture, or appliances as required. Ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
Diagnose and resolve problems with electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, doors and windows, locks, and other building components. Repair or replace faulty parts or equipment as needed.
Monitor and manage stock levels of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment. Coordinate with appropriate personnel to procure necessary items within budgetary constraints.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
