Business Development Manager - Franchise - Banking/Financial Services

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager - Franchise to drive franchise expansion and identify new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for developing the franchise network, generating qualified leads, managing prospective franchise partners, and supporting the complete franchise acquisition process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across assigned markets (Equity, Mutual Fund, AIF, PMS, Fixed Income, Bonds)
• Generate leads through various channels, including direct outreach, referrals, digital platforms, events, and networking.
• Identify potential franchise partners and assess their business profile, financial capability, location, and suitability.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential locations and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Training for smooth franchise onboarding.
• Negotiate commercial terms with potential franchise partners within approved company guidelines.

Professional Background:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in business development, franchise sales, channel sales, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in franchise development will be preferred.
