Key Responsibilities

PublicPrivate Partner Ownership & Representation

• Act as the primary representative of NxtWave to public–private sector and government-backed partners.
• Own all partner interactions, including data submissions, clarifications, audits, and reviews.
• Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with partner stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive discussions with diplomacy, sound judgment, and credibility.
• Represent NxtWave’s interests while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and trust.
• Own end-to-end MIS, payment calculations, reconciliations, and closures.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness of all statutory and partner submissions.
• Provide final review and sign-off on data prior to external submission.
• Own compliance risks, error resolution, and corrective action management.
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the MIS Executive – Data & Payment Operations.
• Define SLAs, quality benchmarks, and review mechanisms.
• Build a culture of accuracy, accountability, and operational discipline.
  

Strategy, Process & Automation

• Design and continuously improve reporting, payment, and reconciliation workflows.
• Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and error rates.
• Implement internal controls, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
• Act as a thought partner to leadership on scaling compliant and efficient operations.

Ideal Profile

• 3.5–4.5 years of experience in:
• Public–private sector or government-backed partner reporting
• Finance or payments operations
• Compliance-heavy operational environments
  
• Proven experience handling public–private or government-backed partners.
• Strong understanding of MIS, payments, reconciliations, and reporting workflows.
• High maturity, strong ownership mindset, and sound judgment.
  

Comfortable representing the organization externally and independently.
