B. About Your Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Web Development team. In this role, you will lead our web development projects and act as a key representative for both our technical and creative teams, helping to drive successful execution and delivery of our web initiatives.

C. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with Web Development, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure structured and timely project execution.
• Foster collaboration between Web Development and UI/UX teams to ensure alignment, smooth communication, and goal clarity.
• Coordinate with the UI/UX team to ensure seamless translation of design specifications into functional web solutions by the development team.
• Oversee web development efforts, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and technical specifications.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively creating mitigation plans and escalating when needed.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and leadership, providing updates on progress, milestones, and any roadblocks.
• Represent the integrated efforts of both Web Development and UI/UX teams in leadership discussions, articulating strategic alignment and challenges.
• Track and report project performance against milestones, budget, and timelines, delivering concise updates to internal teams and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project management processes and team collaboration.

• Project Completion Rate Ensure 95% on-time project delivery within agreed timelines.
• Cross-Team Alignment Score Achieve high team collaboration and feedback satisfaction levels.
• Issue Resolution Time Reduce average time to resolve project roadblocks by 20%.

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is required.

Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a web development or digital environment.

Essential technical skills:

• Strong understanding of web development principles, technologies, and methodologies.
• Experience working closely with UI/UX design teams and familiarity with the UX design process.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience presenting project insights to leadership teams.
