Role Description

The Business Development Consultant internship role is an on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will support new business initiatives by researching potential markets, identifying prospective clients, and assisting with lead generation activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to client outreach, participating in sales and consulting discussions, and helping prepare business proposals, presentations, and planning documents. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand service offerings, aligning client needs with solutions, and maintaining accurate records of business development activities. The intern will gain exposure to strategic business planning and consulting in both EdTech and IT services while working closely with senior consultants and business leaders.

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business Planning to support growth strategies and market expansion.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and track prospective clients and opportunities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Communication to understand client needs, present solutions, and build professional relationships.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities to evaluate markets and client requirements.
• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Bhubaneswar.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT services or EdTech solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
