Location: Gurugram
Qualification: CA/CMA
Experience: 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Credit Audit, or Assurance functions within NBFCs, HFCs or Banks.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the Internal Audit function of the company and manage a team of 8-10 to ensure effective audits, strong controls, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Risk-Based Internal Audit framework in line with RBI guidelines and industry best practices.
- Conduct audits of KYC, AML, PMLA, CKYC, fraud risk management, and compliance with RBI Master Directions and Scale-Based Regulation (SBR) requirements.
Develop/Update and review SOPs, Process Flow Narratives, Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), and Internal Financial Controls (IFCs) across business functions.
- Establish and oversee a robust Branch Audit Program covering operational controls, setting up FCU and monitoring mechanisms to strengthen preventive controls, - portfolio quality, fraud prevention, and process compliance.
- Monitor closure of audit observations and ensure timely implementation of corrective action
- Handle Statutory auditors and Inspection team from regulator.
- Experience handling Audit Committee and Board-level presentations.
Requirement:
- Knowledge of IND-AS, Companies Act and RBI Master Directions
- Ability to collaborate with the team as well as work independently
- Exposure to audit tools and analytical tools
- Excellent inter-personal skills
