OfBusiness - Product Manager - Oxyzo Financial Services Team

We are hiring for a Senior Product Manager role for the Oxyzo Financial Services team.
We are looking for someone with strong exposure to the Lending domain along with hands-on experience in Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and financial product ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and execution for lending and credit-related products
- Work closely with Business, Risk, Credit, Compliance, and Engineering teams
- Build and scale products in a regulated NBFC environment

- Enhance customer journeys across lending workflows and financial operations
- Collaborate with tech teams for product development, integrations, and releases
- Work on AI-led and automation-driven product initiatives within financial systems
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates from Tier 1-2 institutes (Must)
- Strong understanding of Lending, NBFC, or FinTech ecosystems
- Hands-on exposure to LMS / LOS platforms
- Strong product thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with APIs, workflows, and financial systems
- Exposure to AI-driven product initiatives is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods
