Key Responsibilities :
- Own deal sourcing, origination, and closures for real estate financing. (construction finance, Inventory Funding, structured debt). Ticket size (40-100 crs)
- Build and manage relationships with real estate developers and channel partners
- Evaluate opportunities from a credit lens - developer profile, project feasibility, cash flows, leverage, approvals, and exit visibility
- Prepare initial credit notes/screening memos and drive cases through internal credit committees.
- Structure transactions in line with risk appetite and return thresholds
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure timely disbursements
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape in the West region
- Work closely with credit, legal, risk, and collections teams for end-to-end deal lifecycle management.
Key Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate financing/NBFC/structured finance/developer relations.
- Strong network with developers and channel partners in the West market
- Solid understanding of credit appraisal, project cash flows, and real estate underwriting
- Proven ability to source and close deals
- Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- MBA / CA
