Key Responsibilities :

• Own deal sourcing, origination, and closures for real estate financing. (construction finance, Inventory Funding, structured debt). Ticket size (40-100 crs)
• Build and manage relationships with real estate developers and channel partners
• Evaluate opportunities from a credit lens - developer profile, project feasibility, cash flows, leverage, approvals, and exit visibility
• Prepare initial credit notes/screening memos and drive cases through internal credit committees.
• Structure transactions in line with risk appetite and return thresholds
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure timely disbursements
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape in the West region
• Work closely with credit, legal, risk, and collections teams for end-to-end deal lifecycle management.

Key Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in real estate financing/NBFC/structured finance/developer relations.
• Strong network with developers and channel partners in the West market
• Solid understanding of credit appraisal, project cash flows, and real estate underwriting
• Proven ability to source and close deals
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• MBA / CA
