Role Overview:

The Strategy & Operations role at OFB Tech is designed for a high-impact leader who will drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives within our Coimbatore operations. You will work closely with regional business heads, finance teams, and supply chain managers to streamline processes, enhance performance metrics, and ensure the seamless execution of our business goals. This position acts as the backbone of our regional growth, requiring you to translate high-level corporate strategy into actionable operational plans that directly influence our bottom line and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business execution.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
- Manage large blue-collar teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity.
- Ensure seamless coordination across teams to achieve business goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School (Mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience in hardcore operations.
- Experience in high-growth, operations-driven organizations such as Spinny, Urban Company, Swiggy City Operations, or similar companies is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing blue-collar workforce operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tamil language proficiency is preferred.
