Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation & prospecting:
• Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and field activities.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social platforms, and direct visits.
• Maintain and update lead databases regularly.
• Client engagement & meetings:
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Conduct client visits to understand business requirements.
• Present company products and services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Sales support:
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• Follow up with prospects and clients regularly for deal closure.
• Market research:
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Provide insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
• CRM & reporting:
• Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
• Track daily sales activities and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and support.
