Role Overview:

As the Lead for HR Operations, you will serve as the backbone of the employee experience, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle management for a rapidly scaling workforce. This role involves managing complex HR shared service functions, ensuring seamless payroll delivery, and maintaining rigorous compliance standards across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership, IT, and finance teams to drive process excellence and digital transformation initiatives. By optimizing HRIS infrastructure and refining operational workflows, you will directly impact organizational agility and ensure that our people processes are as innovative as the products we build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the end-to-end HR shared services function to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency across all employee touchpoints.
• Oversee the entire payroll lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy, timely disbursement, and adherence to statutory requirements and tax regulations.
• Spearhead HR transformation projects by leveraging HRIS platforms to automate manual processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Manage complex HR compliance frameworks, ensuring the organization remains audit-ready and aligned with evolving labor laws and internal governance policies.
• Design and execute competitive compensation and rewards strategies that align with market benchmarks to attract and retain top-tier talent.
• Drive process excellence by identifying bottlenecks in the employee lifecycle and implementing scalable solutions that improve turnaround times and user experience.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust HR operational strategies that support rapid organizational growth.

Required Skillset:

• Possess 10 - 17 years of extensive experience in HR operations, with a proven track record of managing large-scale HR shared service centers in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in HRIS management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret compensation and benefits data, ensuring rewards programs are both fiscally responsible and market-competitive.
• Display exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership and drive cross-functional alignment on operational priorities.
• Maintain a high degree of adaptability and resilience, thriving in a high-growth, on-site work environment that demands quick problem-solving and execution.
• Hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in organizational design and HR best practices.
