Associate Director - Brand & Integrated Marketing - B2B SaaS

Location: Noida, Sector 3 | Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

About the Role:

A high-growth AI and SaaS company is looking for a hands-on marketing leader to build its brand, establish category leadership and drive integrated marketing across enterprise audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own brand strategy, positioning, messaging and category narrative.
• Lead integrated campaigns across content, social media, website, SEO/GEO, PR, events and thought leadership.
• Build market awareness and demand for AI-powered voice solutions.
• Drive creative strategy, brand storytelling and product launch communications.
• Build AI-powered marketing workflows to improve execution and efficiency.
• Lead the marketing team, agencies, budgets and performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7 - 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI or enterprise technology.
• Strong experience in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, content and category building.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and execute campaigns hands-on.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in marketing.
• Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills.

Important: This is a broad brand and integrated marketing leadership role, not a pure Product Marketing or performance-marketing position.
