Trade Relationship Manager

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Acquire new clients for trade and forex services and manage existing relationships to deepen business and increase profitability.
• Sales and Target Achievement: Achieve individual sales targets for products like Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bill Discounting, and forex services.
• Client Servicing: Provide daily support and service to clients based on their requirements, including handling inquiries and issues.
• Product Sales: Sell a range of trade and forex products and identify cross-sell opportunities for other banking products like working capital and term loans.
• Compliance and Operations: Ensure all activities are compliant with bank policies and regulations, and assist clients with onboarding processes and documentation.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience: Experience in business banking, treasury, or foreign exchange is preferred.
• Education: A graduate or post-graduate degree from a recognized institution is generally required.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills are essential. The ability to understand and customize financial products based on client needs is also important.
